U-19 champions Baitadi felicitated

Garnish School of Hospitality Management (GSHM) on Friday felicitated U-19 National Cricket Tournament winning team Region Number 6 Baitadi in the capital. GSHM awarded the champion team Baitadi with the cash prize of Rs. 50,000 amid a program held on its premises at Dhapasi. Meanwhile, Chief Guest and Constitution Assembly member Gagan Thapa feted Baitadi team players and officials and handed over prizes. Baitadi had lifted the trophy after defeating Region Number 2 Birgunj by four wickets at TU Cricket Ground on Thursday.

The strong contender of the title Nepal got off the mark with a convincing 78 run victory over Kuwait in the ACC U-16 Elite Cup at the Bayuemas Oval Ground in Kuala Lumpur on Friday.
